i don't know if i told you that i lived in philly for a hot minute. about a month and a half a ago me and a couple buddies got a house at 17th and moore. we ended up moving out after three weeks because the house didn't have heat yet or working plumbing. we were there long enough to meet the neighbors, they were pretty laid back, had a lot of dogs though, a lot. 4 or 5 cages in the back yard and who knew how many inside the house. our neighbor told my friend that he sold dogs, and we suspected that he trained them to fight. we found out from one of our friends, who is an animal cop, that our neighbors were under investigation. well shit went down
